OEH Chat ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("OEH Chat" or "the App").

Important: OEH Chat uses server-side encryption, not end-to-end encryption. This means we can access your message content for service delivery, content moderation, and legal compliance. Please read our Security Disclosure for complete details.

  • Channels: Channel subscriptions, channel messages, and channel analytics

  • Server-side encryption for data at rest (stored on our servers)
  • This means we CAN access your message content

  • Backups: Deleted within 90 days

Children's Privacy

OEH Chat is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Age Requirement: 13+

By using OEH Chat, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. Parents should supervise teen users and discuss online safety.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside your country. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including:
