End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Our Espire for the use of the Our Espire mobile application ("App") available on the Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Our Espire grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a single mobile device that you own or control.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the App
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice or branding on the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Use the App to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Our Espire and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand names.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant Our Espire a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing our services.

6. Updates and Modifications

Our Espire may from time to time provide updates to the App. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or other modifications. You agree that we may update the App automatically without prior notice. This Agreement shall apply to all updates.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. Our Espire is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR ESPIRE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Our Espire. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

12. Google Play Store Terms

This Agreement is between you and Our Espire only, and not with Google LLC. Our Espire, not Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content. Your use of the App must comply with the Google Play Store Terms of Service.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
