1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Our Espire platform (ourespire.com) and our mobile application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

When you register an account on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Training Plans and Purchases

4.1 Plan Selection

Our platform offers various training plans at different price points. Each plan provides a specific number of points and access to training materials. Plan details, including pricing and features, are displayed on our Training page.

4.2 Payment

All payments are processed through our authorized payment gateways. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified amount for the selected plan. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

4.3 One-Time Payment

All training plans require a one-time payment for lifetime access. There are no recurring charges or subscription fees unless explicitly stated.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any training plans or services purchased through our platform. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

6. Bonus and Commission Structure

6.1 Direct Bonus

You earn a direct bonus when a personally referred member purchases a training plan. The bonus percentage is determined by your current rank.

6.2 Indirect Bonus

You earn an indirect bonus when a second-level referral (your referral's referral) purchases a training plan.

6.3 Team Bonus

Team bonuses are earned from deeper network levels and are available to members who have achieved Deluxe rank or higher.

6.4 Rank Awards

Cash awards are granted when you achieve certain ranks. Award amounts are specified on our Training page and are subject to change.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Create multiple accounts to exploit the referral system
• Provide false or misleading information during registration
• Attempt to manipulate or game the bonus system
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our application

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, training materials, and software, is the property of Our Espire and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Espire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our Espire, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our platform or via email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
